State Fee Regulation Act — legal compliance note
Any parent-facing programme modelled here must be strictly optional, transparently priced, collected separately and never bundled into tuition, annual or development fees. Before launch, confirm it is permitted under your State's school fee regulation law — for example the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011; the Gujarat Self-Financed Schools (Regulation of Fees) Act, 2017; the Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2016; the Uttar Pradesh Self-Financed Independent Schools (Fee Regulation) Act, 2018; or the Tamil Nadu Schools (Regulation of Collection of Fee) Act, 2009 — and under your board's affiliation bye-laws, and place it before your PTA / School Management Committee wherever the law requires.
